The Country Fire Service was called to a structure fire at Maslin Beach, near Aldinga Beach, around 10.15pm on Wednesday 23 February.

A three-bedroom house and a 20x20 hay shed were found to be fully alight; 55 CFS officers and eight trucks attended the fire, which was contained.

The fire has been estimated to have caused damage worth $300,000. Both the house and shed were unoccupied at the time.

Fire cause investigators will attend the scene today.
