A house fire on Delabole Road at Willunga South led to a small grass fire starting in the property yesterday, Sunday 22 October.

Five CFS crews with approximately 25 firefighters were able to quickly get the grass fire extinguished and then remained on scene to contain the blaze engulfing the single story house.

Residents were not home when the fire started and no injuries have been recorded, but damage has been estimated at $200,000. 

The cause is currently unknown and fire investigators have been notified.
