Charity Share the Dignity will again run its annual campaign to encourage everyday Aussies to put together bags filled with essential items, to donate to women, girls, and new or expectant mums who are in need for Christmas.

Donations for It's in The Bag will be welcome at all Bunnings Warehouse stores across Australia from tomorrow, Friday 19 to Sunday 28 November.

All items added to the bag should be new, unused, and/or sealed. 

Share the Dignity says donating a bag makes a big difference to those who receive one. 

For some it is the only Christmas present they'll receive this year.

Building a bag is simple, use a new or preloved handbag and fill it with life's essentials and some luxury items to give to someone in need. 

All bags should include the essentials:

• Shampoo & Conditioner
• Toothbrush & Toothpaste
• Bodywash or Soap
• Roll-on deodorant 
• Sealed packet of pads and/or tampons.

Each year Share the Dignity donates thousands of bags to those experiencing homelessness, fleeing domestic violence and those doing it tough.
