Kangaroo Island, get ready! The Australian Red Cross is holding a FREE EmergencyRedi workshop tonight in Kingscote, as part of the NRMA Insurance Help Nation initiative. With extreme weather becoming more frequent, this workshop is a valuable opportunity for locals to learn how to protect themselves and their loved ones in an emergency.
Event Details:
The EmergencyRedi workshop is designed to help individuals and families create a personalised emergency plan. Led by trained staff and volunteers from the Australian Red Cross, this session will introduce participants to emergency preparedness essentials, guide them in starting their own RediPlan, and provide the tools and knowledge necessary to prepare for a range of emergency situations.
These workshops are interactive and flexible, ranging from 30 minutes to two hours depending on the needs of the group, and include discussions, activities, and real-life examples to make preparedness practical and accessible.
