Reigning premier Kingscote won their fourth game of 2024 with a convincing 95-point win against Parndana during round 13 action in the Kangaroo Island Football League (KIFL) at Kingscote yesterday. Lachie Ingerson kicked seven goals for Kingscote as they won 16.15 (111) to 2.4 (16). Best players for Kingscote included Blake Florance, Tyson Holman, Riley Puckridge, Anthony Anderson and Dylan Marshall. Best for the Roosters were Bailey Mashford, Colton Trethewey, Eli Kuchel, Ethan Trethewey and Trad McMulkin.

Western Districts wrapped up the minor premiership after defeating Wisanger by 35 points at Gosse yesterday. The game was all but over at halftime as the Saints opened up a 46-point lead. To Wisanger’s credit, they battled it out before going down 11.14 (80) to 7.3 (45). Jhy McCarthy kicked four goals for Western Districts, while Luke Shurven kicked two goals for the Panthers. Bradley Crabb, Joshua Graham, Dylan Lockett, Tim Larcombe and Rhys Bullard were named best for the Saints, while for Wisanger, their best players were Jayden Kingi, Liam Sampson, Nicholas Berry, Darcy Kildea and Brodee Williams.
