Those who suffer with creaky knees and achy joints can learn to live well with arthritis by attending an informative talk by Arthritis South Australia about all things arthritis. 

It will be hosted by the Victor Harbor library on Thursday 9 February at 2pm, running until 3.30pm.

This free talk will cover the basics of arthritis, educate about what’s actually going on in the joints and give some tips and tricks about what can help.

Ben, a community pharmacist who works as a health educator for Arthritis SA, will present the workshop. 

He has a passion for helping and educating people with any type of arthritis at any point of their condition.

He will provide take-home handouts and be available to answer any questions.
