Level up gaming in Goolwa and Strath

Alexandrina Council libraries have added Nintendo Switch games to their collections.

With more than 40 Nintendo Switch games on offer there is something for all the family to play during the summer holiday period.

Borrowers can play games such as Super Mario Party, Pokémon Scarlet or Violet, Sonic Frontiers and Bluey: the videogame.

The council says Nintendo Switch gaming promotes imagination and creativity, allowing players to explore new worlds and bond with their peers.

Chief Executive Officer Nigel Morris says the new addition aligns with Alexandrina Libraries’ commitment to provide a diverse and accessible

collection to the community.

“Our libraries take pride in being a hub of knowledge and entertainment for all,” he says.

“Come and see us at Goolwa or Strathalbyn libraries and browse the range, borrow and take home up to two games at a time for a loan period of two weeks.

“Any of these games can also be reserved for pick up at any Alexandrina Libraries location by talking to our friendly staff or reserving online through the library catalogue or the Libraries SA app.”

Visit the website and search ‘Nintendo Switch’ to view the entire collection or call the libraries on 8555 7000.
