The first of the Summer Sands sessions kicks off tomorrow, Sunday 8 January, at the amphitheatre on Victor Harbor’s foreshore.

Covid has reared its ugly head again to mess with the line-up; The Midnight Mares have been stricken with the dread disease and are unable to perform.

They will be replaced by DD Toc, who have stepped up to fill in alongside My Cherie.

The weather is forecast to be warm and sunny – perfect for an afternoon of music by the beach.

Free live music starts at 4pm, with cool beverages available from the team from The Brew Box and Late Night Latte.

Summer Sands session 2, next Sunday 15 January, will feature Jack Buchanan and Mum Friends.

The Midnight Mares expect to be fighting fit by Summer Sands session 3 on Sunday 22 January, when they will play along with Bluegrass Junction.

Summer Sands session 4, the final hurrah will be on Sunday 29 January, featuring Feed the Fire and Scum of the Surf.
