This evocative performance will set the stage for an unforgettable weekend, perfect for unwinding and connecting with others who appreciate local art and culture.
Beginning Friday afternoon and running each day until Sunday, Waverley Park Homestead’s silent auction fundraiser invites attendees to bid on artworks from celebrated artists, including Jane Price, Roe Gartelmann, and Alan Ramachandran.
Visitors can view works from 1pm to 4pm daily, spanning oils, acrylics, watercolours, mixed media, and limited edition prints. Starting bids range from $10 to $50, and the highest bid by 4pm on Sunday 3 November will secure each piece.
The silent auction process is simple: register to bid, place an offer on the sheet with each artwork, and check back throughout the weekend to ensure your bid holds strong. There’s even a Bargain Table”starting on Friday, where art lovers can make an offer on various pieces and take them home immediately if their bid is accepted.
