Meet our lovable Pets of the Week. They are looking for their forever homes thanks to the RSPCA Lonsdale Shelter.
Ziggy and Mayo are this week’s friendly Pets of the Week. These loving animals are waiting to find their perfect family. If you think that could be you, read more about them below.
Dog of the Week – Mayo
Meet Mayo (AID 187130) – the sweetest good boy in the world.
The dog-care team at RSPCA South Australia’s Lonsdale shelter absolutely adore Mayo, in fact, he has his own fan club.
Mayo would love nothing more than to have his own cosy bed, a comfy couch to watch movies on and a kind and caring family that can give him all the love in the world.
Can you give Mayo the happy home he deserves? Having lived at the shelter for over 100 days, Mayo has spent more than enough time around other animals and would like to be the only fur-baby in his furever home

Cat of the Week – Ziggy
Meet Ziggy (AID 185655) – he’s been living at RSPCA’s Lonsdale shelter since he was found as a stray over 180 days ago.
Ziggy is a sweet, sociable and cheeky boy. He can be a little shy around new faces and requires loving and patient pawrents who can give him the time he needs to settle into his furever home at his own pace.
Once Ziggy builds trust with you, he will be incredibly affectionate, and you will always find him by your side purring and asking for pats. He is also a foodie and loves playing with toys.
This beautiful boy is open to living with other fur-residents but a slow introduction is im-paw-tant to ensure a smooth transition.
