SA Water will undertake six months of road works along Main South Road to install a new water main.

The new water main under Main South Road will be constructed to service the growing needs of Yankalilla, Normanville and Carrickalinga.

SA Water will construct 2.8 kilometres of duplication trunk main approximately between 5474 Main South Road and Wild Dog Creek Road in Wattle Flat.

Starting in early March 2021, the crews will set up site and work from 7am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday and it is expected the works will take six months to complete.
