A man has been arrested after being caught in possession of child exploitation material.

Today (Wednesday 21 June), Detectives from the Special Crimes Investigation Section went to a house on Kangaroo Island and arrested a man aged in his 40s for possessing child exploitation material.

The man was arrested and bailed to appear in the Kingscote Magistrates Court on 20 November.

This arrest is not connected to another arrest made by detectives earlier today.
