A man was arrested after allegedly breaking a window at Seaford Wednesday night.
Police were called to Commercial Road, Seaford just before 2.30am on Wednesday 23 March by reports a window had been smashed at a veterinary clinic.
The patrol located a hole in the window and drops of blood at the scene, but it did not appear that any entry had been gained to the vet clinic.
Around the same time, police also received information about a man with a laceration to his hand at a nearby hotel.
A 50-year-old man of no fixed address was arrested and charged with property damage. He did not apply for bail and will appear in the Christies Beach Magistrates Court later today.
Crime scene investigators will attend and examine the scene this morning to collect forensic evidence.
