A man has faced court charged with multiple offences following an investigation into a stolen car.
A silver Toyota Corolla was reported stolen from a home at Sturt on 23 July. The stolen Toyota was later linked to a series of theft related offences and was using stolen number plates to avoid detection.
As a result of investigations, Southern District Police located the stolen vehicle at an address in Willunga bearing stolen Victorian plates.
A 24-year-old man from Sturt was charged with a dozen offences including theft of a motor vehicle, attempt theft, three counts of driving while disqualified and breach of bail. He was refused bail and appeared in the Christies Beach Magistrates Court today, Wednesday 3 September.
