The McLaren Vale Tennis Club season wrapped up last weekend with the Women's Division 2 team winning the premiership as did the Division 3 mixed team. Unfortunately the Division 1 mixed team went down to a strong Kingswood combination.

The Division 3 mixed team, captained by David Williams, finished the minor round in second position and won through to the Grand Final after defeating Glenlea 8-5 in the semi-final. In the decider, played at Bellevue Heights, McLaren Vale took on Dover Square who had an upset semi-final victory against minor premier, Seacliff the previous week. McLaren Vale won both Men's doubles, one Women's doubles and three Mixed doubles on the way to a convincing 9-4 victory.
