Meet our lovable Pets of the Week. They are looking for their forever homes thanks to the RSPCA Lonsdale Shelter.
Carly and Max are this week’s friendly Pets of the Week. These loving animals are waiting to find their perfect family. If you think that could be you, read more about them below.
Dog of the Week – Max
If you’re after max-imum love, meet good boy Max (AID 186512)!
Max is a friendly older boy who came into RSPCA’s care overweight and is ready to keep shedding the kilos with daily walks with his new family.
At 7 years old, he prefers to take his walks at a leisurely pace, enjoying scenic strolls together where he can explore and sniff all the interesting smells along the way.
Max gets along well with other dogs and would enjoy living with a fellow calm companion. If he sounds like your paw-fect walking buddy, he’s waiting to meet you in RSPCA SA’s Lonsdale shelter.
Read more about Max and learn how to adopt him.

Cat of the Week – Carly
Introducing the lovely Carly (181631).
This stunning mini panther is a sweet girl with a lot of love to give. While shy at first, with a little patience and plenty of yummy treats she will open up and share her love with her new family.
Carly also enjoys a good scratch, if you find her favourite spot she’ll show you her cute side and start kneading and making bikkies!
Due to her reserved nature, a quiet home is best to give her the space she needs to settle in. Carly has previously lived with fellow felines – if you have a cat already at home, a slow introduction will help them start off on the right paw.
She can’t wait to meet you!
