Police are seeking the assistance of the public to help locate missing person, Kahvoon Tan.

Kahvoon Tan, 21, also known as Kelvin, lives in Victor Harbor, but last made contact from Rundle Mall about 2.30pm on Sunday 7 November.

Kahvoon Tan is Chinese, about 170 cm tall, with a medium build, short straight black hair and clean shaven.

Anyone who spots Kahvoon Tan or has information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the police assistance line immediately on 131 444.
