Whether ageing gracefully or disgracefully, it pays to be across the range of services and supports available.

Free My Aged Care information sessions will be held in Goolwa and Strathalbyn next week to help you find the right aged care service and provide information about government-subsidised Australian aged care services.

Representatives from Department of Health and Aged Care will be there to provide independent and general information about the My Aged Care system.

Each session will run for around an hour, with light refreshments available after the event.

They will be held on Thursday 20 February at the Alexandrina council offices in Goolwa at 10am and at Strathalbyn at 1pm.
