The developers of ‘The Rise’ residential development are releasing new allotments in response to a surge in demand.

Land Australia’s original development in Hayborough included 358 allotments and is bordered by Ocean and Waterport Roads. 

They are now releasing the first section of stage eight of the development, with 24 new allotments up for sale.

Land Australia Design Director, Ms Ruth Vagnarelli, says the Fleurieu’s coastal strip was proving a major beneficiary of recent market changes.

“With COVID, the push to working from home became the norm and has seen demand for The Rise increase. Imagine working every day in a beautiful coastal setting.

“It’s no wonder an increasingly high number of people are seeking a sea change,”

Allotments in the new Stage 8 range from 375m² to 803m² and many have sea or wetland views.

Prices for the allotments – all of which are flat and do not require further earthworks– range from $177,300 to $195,000.

House and Land packages are priced from $349,814.
