The District Council of Yankalilla has announced a new way for the community to hire the Yankalilla Cultural Centre and Library: Meeting Room and Hall. 

All bookings for these spaces will now be made through the online booking platform SpacetoCo.

The council says it understands the importance of providing accessible and user-friendly services to the community and the new booking service will make it easy to find venues, check room capacity and availability information and hire fees. 

To launch the change and ensure the spaces get maximum exposure, use and activation, all bookings made through SpacetoCo in 2023 will be fee-free. To take advantage of the offer, bookers should use the discount code FREE2023.

Anyone interested in making a booking is encouraged to visit the website and search for Yankalilla. Details of terms and conditions are on the platform, as well as a straightforward booking application process. 

Yankalilla CEO Nathan Cunningham has expressed his enthusiasm for the introduction of an online booking platform.

The redeveloped Yankalilla Cultural Centre and Library opened to the public on 20 January 2023, following completion of a library addition and upgrade. 

Mr Cunningham says the council is pleased to see the return of programs and events to the Centre, providing the community with a vibrant hub for engagement and enrichment.
