Singles of the Fleurieu now have a new social group to help them find each other and establish new relationships.

The South Coast Single Mingle Social Club has been organised by a local woman as an alternative to online dating.

She says the aim is to help local singles meet each other in a relaxed, group environment and hopefully form long lasting relationships or friendships.

The group’s first event will be held in March.

More than 30 people have already joined the group.

All singles aged over 18 are welcome.
