Unseasonal November weather has been causing havoc with events across the Fleurieu.
The latest victim is the Onkaparinga Christmas pageant, which was to have been held this Sunday 20 November, from 10am.
The pageant has now been delayed until Sunday 4 December; with all fingers crossed the weather improves.
As originally planned, Christies Beach will play host to the pageant, followed by Christmas in the Park in Rotary Park on the corner of the Esplanade and Beach Road.
MC'd by Rebecca Morse, the pageant will start on the corner of Hunt Crescent and Beach Road, Christies Beach.
Rebecca Morse will also host the stage entertainment in Rotary Park, including acoustic artist Brian Ruiz; Onkaparinga Pipe Band and Scottish dancers; and Cool4Kids Christmas show.
There will be Christmas Market stall holders for seasonal shopping, as well as food trucks and local eateries keeping the crowds fed and watered.
Full details of road closures for the pageant are on the City of Onkaparinga website.
Those wanting to get their Christmas shopping started can get a fix at the Strathalbyn CWA Twilight Christmas Market on Saturday 26 November.
It will be held at the Show Hall on Coronation Road, Strathalbyn, from 4pm to 8pm.
