School is back for most, but with out-of-school activities still restricted by COVID-19 the City of Onkaparinga has introduced some fun free online workshops.
With yoga, mindfulness and digital art on offer there is something for everyone who wants to learn new skills, move their bodies and soothe or stimulate their minds.
Yoga for Youth starts on 6 May at 4pm and runs for six weeks on Wednesday afternoons.
For ages 8 to 14, Bumblebee Yoga will help kids to get bendy, active and learn some new skills in an hour-long class from the comfort of their own homes.

Get ready to chill and relax and with Mindful Minds, which will run on Thursdays from 3.30 to 4.30pm, starting 7 May.
Power to Move offers a wonderful class combining yoga, meditation, breathing and visualisation to help navigate kids of all ages navigate their way through life's ups and downs.
Classes will take place via Zoom. Register free via Eventbrite, then download the app to your phone, tablet, or laptop device and council staff will email a link to join in each session.
Alternatively on Thursdays, kids can learn to make art using just their devices in online Digital Art classes starting 7 May at 4pm.
Each week different artists will guide them in step-by-step demonstrations on how to use different apps to create interesting images, videos and sounds.
Week 1 - 3 will feature Digital Map Drawing with Rosina Possingham. Further workshops will be announced close to the date.
