Work has begun on a pedestrian crossing upgrade at the intersection of Victoria Street and Oval Road in Victor Harbor.

Department for Infrastructure and Transport (DIT) will relocate the existing crossing to the west and upgrade it to a pedestrian refuge with a handrail.

Weather permitting, the upgrade will be completed in early December. extension of the kerb line with a standard kerb extension and ramp, along with the 

Speed and lane restrictions will be in place while the works continue.
