Meet the lovable Pets of the Week, looking for forever homes at the RSPCA Lonsdale Shelter.
Rosie and Thatcher are this week’s friendly Pets of the Week. These loving animals are waiting to find their perfect family. Think that could be you? Read more about them below.
Cats of the Week – Frank and Twistie
Love can ignite in the most unlikely places, and that’s what happened with Frank and Twistie.
Both just one-year-old, they arrived at RSPCA’s Lonsdale shelter within a month of each other from different circumstances.
Frank (AID 173444) had been picked up as a stray while Twistie (AID 172631) was surrendered by an owner with too many animals to care for.
These two handsome boys are now firm friends and they’re looking for a quiet home together where they can feel relaxed, comfortable and loved.
Find out more about Frank and Twistie how to adopt them.

Dog of the Week – Jack
If you have space to run and energy to spare, Jack (AID 183160) could be your perfect canine companion.
This one-year-old kelpie came into RSPCA’s Lonsdale shelter after being picked up as a stray, with no identification.
Being a working breed, he’s smart and needs activities to keep him happily occupied.
He gets along with other dogs, so if you have one bring him along to a meet and greet.
Eager to please and full of bounce, Jack needs a home with a family prepared to continue his rewards-based training and building his confidence.
He’s a beautiful young dog who will return all the love he gets in droves.
