The 12^th annual Mud and Tars Motorcycle Club Poker Run will go ahead this Saturday with hopes of raising more than $10 000 for the Fleurieu Cancer Support Foundation.

Like a car cruise, but with motorbikes, the event also involves a hand of cards being played along the way.

The ride will start from the clubrooms on Day Road, Victor Harbor at 9am (signup opens at 7.30am). Riders will then cruise around the Fleurieu and then finish at the Royal Family Hotel in Port Elliot at about 2pm for the drawing of raffles and awarding of trophies. 

All riders and their bikes are welcome. The cost of entry is $35 and includes a free breakfast. All proceeds from the event go to the

 Fleurieu Cancer Support Foundation who run a transport service for cancer patients to medical appointments in treatment in Adelaide.
