About 1pm on Wednesday 29 January, a man dressed in high visibility/tradesman type clothing approached a person in the church office in Mann Street stating he was from 'the council'.

When interrogated further about the work, the man appeared to reassess and left. It is believed the man was driving a light silver Holden Commodore utility with Queensland number plates.
The suspect is described as being of Caucasian appearance, aged in his early 30s, about 170cm tall, 80-85kg with short blonde hair spiked at the top, round face, clean shaven and a light tan complexion.
He was wearing an orange high-vis polo shirt, fawn tradie shorts and brown work boots with thick socks. He spoke with an Irish accent.
