On October 14 Australians must vote Yes or No in the referendum on an Indigenous Voice to Parliament.

The Australian Electoral Commission says 17.6 million Australians are enrolled to vote for the 2023 referendum, which is the largest enrolment in history. 

For those who can't make it to a polling place on the day, there is the option of a postal vote or early voting centres will be open from tomorrow, Tuesday 3 October.

Opening hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Tuesday 3 to Friday 6 October; 9am to 4pm on Saturday 7 October; 8.30am to 5.30pm from Monday 9 to Thursday 12 October; and 8.30am to 6pm on Friday 13 October.
