Reigning premier Victor Harbor started their premiership defence in fine fashion with a convincing 71-45 win against Langhorne Creek in the opening round of the Great Southern Netball Association (GSNA) on Saturday. In other games, Strathalbyn defeated Goolwa 56-41, McLaren Vale travelled to Myponga and came away with a 60-23 victory, while Willunga had a comfortable 60-36 win against Mount Compass.
Yankalilla had the bye.
