The City of Victor Harbor will undertake works in the Victor Harbor Mainstreet Precinct this weekend, Saturday 17 June and Sunday 18 June.
Festoon Lights will be removed for repairs on Saturday 17 June 2023 between 5am and 10am. The lights will be reinstated at a later date.
Paving repairs will also be made on the weekend at the north end of Ocean Street at the pedestrian crossing near Ara’s Café and Raine and Horne Real Estate.
The council says the paving repairs will fix undulations in the road and change the paver pattern to minimise future movement.
This work will be done over two days from 6am on Saturday 17 June until 4pm on Sunday 18 June.
Saturday road closures will include:
Ocean Street from Torrens Street to Coral Street will also be closed on Sunday from 12midnight to 4pm.
During the road closures, the council says pedestrian access will be available at all times.
Drivers will be encouraged to park in Railway Terrace or McKinlay Street to access Ocean Street.
