This weekend sees the return of the Victor Harbor Rock ‘N’ Roll Festival, featuring live music,dancing, vehicle displays, memorabilia and market stalls.


With the main street closed for redevelopment the festival takes a slightly different format this year, but Warland Reserve will host the action on Sunday 18 September.


Bands will play the town’s hotels on Friday night and Saturday, with most sessions free to enter.



The Silverados start the party at the Grosvenor Hotel on Friday 16 September from 8pm.


In The Doghouse keep the music going at the ‘G’ on Saturday afternoon, followed by Puffin’ Billy at 8pm.


Hotel Victor will host The Vigilantes from 8pm on Saturday 17 September, while the Crown Hotel will put on dinner and a show for $45 with The Rhythm Cats from 8pm.


DJ Jess & Mr Boogie Shack will kick off the Sunday Rockabilly action on the Warland Reserve stage from 10am.


The line-up includes The Silverados, The Cadillacs, The Satellites and The Lincolns, with the fun winding up at 5pm.


Shannon’s Show n’ Shine, including Hot Rods, Customs, Classica and Bikes, will also be at Warland Reserve along with food vans and market stalls.


The Victor Harbor Artisan Market will be on in Railway Terrace at the same time.
