Reigning premier Parndana got their Kangaroo Island Football League (KIFL) premiership defence off to a good start with a comfortable 53-34 victory at Western Districts on Saturday. In the other game of round 1, Dudley United travelled to Wisanger and came away with a low-scoring 23-18 win.
