There is still time for south coast community groups to apply for grants from Rotary Victor Harbor, with the deadline Friday 24 March.

The Rotary club supports the local community by investing funds raised through its various activities back into the community. 

Grants of up to $5,000 are available to not-for-profit community groups to fund projects that primarily benefit Victor Harbor residents. 

Successful groups may be invited to attend a Rotary meeting to present on their project.  

They will have to spend their grant money by no later than 31 December 2023. 

Previous grant projects include renovations to the historic Yilki Cemetery; training for Rural Youth in the Dairy Industry; establishing a breakfast program at a local primary school; installing a defibrillator at a sports club; and supporting a native tree growing program.
