Meet the lovable Pets of the Week looking for forever homes at the RSPCA Lonsdale Shelter.
Angelo and Panini are this week’s friendly Pets of the Week. These loving animals are waiting to find their perfect family. If you think that could be you, read more about them below.
Dog of the Week – Panini
Panini (AID 185019) is a handsome chap looking to find love. He arrived at RSPCA South Australia’s Lonsdale shelter 100 days ago.
A curious, energetic and friendly dog with a big heart, despite a few extra grey hairs, he’s young at heart and just wants to have fun and enjoy his senior years.
He would love the opportunity to be a part of a wonderful family that can give me the love and care he deserves. Going for walks and sniffing his surroundings are amongst Panini’s favourite hobbies.
As his name may suggest, Panini also loves food! He is best suited to a home without young children and other fur-residents, where he can soak up his golden years in peace.

Cat of the Week - Angelo
Angelo (AID 184701) is an auburn-haired gentleman waiting at RSPCA South Australia’s Lonsdale shelter to find someone special.
He’s an all-rounder kitty who enjoys pats, but also appreciates some me-time (don’t we all?). He may be considered an older fella, but age is just a number.
Being a very vocal and active boy, Angelo would enjoy a large play space where he can have fun. He does come with a side of cattitude and can be a bit hissy around new people, but it doesn’t take long to become friends with this beautiful boy.
Angelo is very food motivated, so if you want to speed up the process, this is the key to his heart. He is open to sharing his home with our fur-residents, but a slow introduction is important.
