Meet the lovable Pets of the Week, looking for forever homes at the RSPCA Lonsdale Shelter.
Ash, Kitty & Trouble are this week’s friendly Pets of the Week. These loving animals are waiting to find their perfect family. Think that could be you? Read more about them below.
Cats of the Week – Kitty & Trouble
Having arrived at RSPCA’s Lonsdale shelter almost 100 days ago, best friends Kitty (AID 180631) and Trouble (AID 180632) are hoping to go to their new home very soon.
Five-year-old Kitty didn’t cope well when separated from Trouble while he underwent several operations.
The three-year-old male ginger tabby was found to have bilateral hip dysplasia, and RSPCA’s vet team operated on him last month. With his mobility restored, Trouble is now in top form and back with Kitty.
The pair have gone from being quite scared when they first arrived to more confident and outgoing, and they both love treats.
Their strong bond means that they need to go to a new home together.
Given time to settle and feel safe in a quiet and loving home, these soulmates will thrive and make wonderful companions.

Dog of the Week – Ash
Ash (AID176576) is a very sweet senior girl who has been patiently waiting for a new home since last September.
Her foster carer describes this seven-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier cross as a loving, happy and kind companion who loves people, cuddles and treats.
Ash is a perfect family dog who is a pleasure to take on walks and cuddle up on the couch with – all she really wants to do is please you.
She’s at RSPCA’s Lonsdale shelter, hoping to meet her new family soon.
