Meet the lovable Pets of the Week looking for forever homes at the RSPCA Lonsdale Shelter.
Lackshinken and Misty are this week’s friendly Pets of the Week. These loving animals are waiting to find their perfect family. If you think that could be you, read more about them below.
Dog of the Week – Misty
Meet Misty (AID 186492). She’s an older gal looking to join a loving family, could it be yours?
Misty is one of the most popular dogs at RSPCA South Australia’s Lonsdale shelter. She’s wonderful, wise and everyone adores her endearing pawsonality.
She would love to find a happy home where she can relax, get lots of beauty sleep and soak up her golden years.
Being a social butterfly, she enjoys the company of other dogs and would be open to sharing her furever home with one – but please bring your fur-friend in to meet her first.
If you can open your heart and home to a beautiful girl like Misty, you’ll thank your lucky stars every day.

Cat of the Week – Lackshinken
Meet cool cat Lackshinken (AID 184461), he’s a golden oldie looking to find his purrfect match at RSPCA South Australia’s Lonsdale shelter.
He might look serious but he’s a kind and curious cat, with a heart of gold. While Lackshinken is an older gent (though he doesn’t look it), he’s still young at heart and a total cuddlebug.
Lackshinken would love to find a peaceful home free of young kids, where he can enjoy his twilight years. He’s happy to hang out with other cats and small dogs though.
If you think Lackshinken could be your pawfect match, don’t be shy, come and say hi!
