Dog of the Week – Marley

Marley (AID 137321) is a nine-year-old Bullmastiff cross who was surrendered to RSPCA’s care in early November due to her owner’s move interstate and into accommodation that does not allow dogs.

This sweet girl is a perfect family dog, having come from a busy household and loving family with four children. She is very welcoming to everyone she meets and thrives on cuddles and attention.

Cats of the Week – Lettie and Squirt

Lettie (AID 178630) and Squirt (AID 178629) are a mother and son who came from a neglected situation, together with six other cats, in early November.

Squirt was still feeding from his Mum, but though he is now weaned the two of them share a special bond that RSPCA staff want preserved for the welfare of both him and Lettie.

That bond may in part be because Lettie is blind in one eye, and Squirt is her special guide.
