Dog of the Week – Minnow

Meet darling girl, Minnow (AID 128068).

This six-year-old beauty has been without a home for 80 days, patiently waiting at RSPCA SA’s Lonsdale shelter to find her paw-fect match.

Minnow is a big baby at heart - she loves to cuddle her favourite people and give them all the kisses in the world.

When she’s not showering her loved ones with affection, Minnow enjoys exploring her surroundings and playing with enrichment toys.

Minnow dreams of being the leading lady in her fur-ever home and does not wish to share the spotlight with kids and other furry residents.

Like all RSPCA SA animals, this gorgeous girl is desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, and up to date with parasite prevention.

Cat of the Week – Sushi

Get to know spectacular Sushi (AID 183898).

This cool cat with distinguished good looks arrived at RSPCA SA’s Lonsdale shelter over 90 days ago.

As his name may suggest, Sushi LOVES food and can’t get enough of his favourite treats (they also act as a great motivator for Sushi).

While he appreciates pats and the company of others, Sushi is an independent boy and enjoys his own space at times.

As with many cats, this two-year-old boy can be a little shy around new people and needs to live in a quiet home with no young children, where he can feel safe to settle in at his own pace.

With lots of love and a little patience, Sushi will be your lifelong local companion in no time!

Sushi is happy to share his fur-ever home with other fur-residents, but a slow introduction is important for Sushi to feel comfortable. With their expertise on cat behaviour, the RSPCA cat-care team will be on hand to help Sushi settle into his new home.
