The 2024 Schoolies Festival will be held on the weekend of 22-24 November and the City of Victor Harbor has produced a community newsletter to keep people in the loop.

It will provide important information for local residents and businesses ahead of the annual school leaver celebration. That draws several thousand young people to the region.

The newsletter covers:

• Road Closures: Nightly closures and alternative access for affected properties.
• Safety Measures: Road safety, security, and dry zone enforcement to ensure a safe festival.
• Local Business Support: How businesses can operate and participate during the event.
• Key Contacts: Useful numbers for road closures, emergencies, and festival-related inquiries.

The festival, centred around Warland Reserve, has been managed by Encounter Youth for the past 25 years, with support and cooperation of the City of Victor Harbor and SAPOL.
