Goolwa Community Centre will offer a self-defence workshop on Sunday October 22.

Its Stand Strong, Stay Safe workshop has been rescheduled, allowing those who missed out on registering the first time round to now join in.

Rick will show basic self-defence awareness and techniques from 11am to 2.30pm.

The cost is $30; book a place via email.

The Goolwa Community Centre is located at 25 Cadell Street, Goolwa and also operates in Port Elliot and Middleton.
