A man has been taken to hospital after a serious crash at Echunga this afternoon.

About 2.30pm on Monday 18 March, police were called to Battunga Road following reports a car collided with a tree.

The driver has been taken to hospital where he is being treated for his injuries.

Battunga Road was closed for a short time however the road has re-opened.
