Police and emergency services are at the scene of a serious crash at Hindmarsh Valley.

Just before 11.30am on Sunday 20 December, emergency services were called to the intersection of Victor Harbor Road and Hindmarsh Tiers Road after reports of a two car crash.

Initial reports are that there are serious injuries.

Diversions are in place and SA Police are asking motorists to please avoid the area.

Major Crash investigators are at the scene.
