Save the dates for the South Coast Orchid Club Southern Region annual show on Thursday 22 and Friday 23 August at Victor Central Shopping Centre.

The colourful display of orchids and cymbidium will include speciosum, dendrobium and new crossings of Australian native seedlings.

There will also be phalaenopsis, cattleya and more orchids for sale.

The annual show celebrates the achievements of local growers, with the displays featuring champion orchids with their ribbons and certificates.

A members’ trading table will sell club and members plants and provide information to the public on orchid cultivation and general advice on growing orchids. 

The South Coast Orchid Club meets at Carrickalinga House in Victor Harbor on the third Sunday of the month at 2pm; visitors are welcome.
