Two young men have been arrested after breaking into a Morphett Vale school this morning.

About 12.20am Wednesday 27 December police were called to a primary school on Flaxmill Road after reports of an alarm activation.

Police patrols and security quickly attended and conducted a search of the exterior, finding a window that had been jemmied open. Patrols then searched inside locating a 20-year-old and a 21-year old hiding under a desk in a classroom.

In their pockets police located a number of stationary items. The pair, both from Morphett Vale, were arrested and have been charged with serious criminal trespass. They were bailed to appear in the Christies Beach Magistrates Court on 25 January.
