The days are getting longer and warmer and there is so much to do across the Fleurieu for the school holidays in the first two weeks of October.
Here are some of the free and low cost activities on offer.
ALDINGA
Aldinga Library has the Imagination Playground for ages 2+ to build with big blocks from Monday 2 October to Thursday 7 October, 9.30am to 3pm.
It also offers Scratch/Quiver/Colouring in on Wednesday 4 October from 10am to 3pm for ages 5 to 16. Drop in and get colouring-in and scratching using Quiver technology. Adult supervision is required at this activity.

Aldinga Central shopping centre has free face painting and crafts from 11am to 3pm on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday in the first week of the holidays and Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the second week. Go to the website for details.
GOOLWA
South Lakes Golf Club offers junior golf clinics on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9am to 10am, from 3 to 12 October.
The cost is $5 per clinic; contact the club via email or phone 8555 2078 to register.
Hills Fleurieu Blue Light Movie Disco will be held on Thursday 12 October from 12noon to 2.30pm at Centenary Hall, screening The Super Mario Bros Movie.
Goolwa Neighbourhood Watch group will operate a small canteen for purchases.
This accessible Police supervised lock-in event will be free from drugs, alcohol, violence and bullying. Open to ages 8 to 13, it costs $10, book tickets via Trybooking.
VICTOR HARBOR
The Victor Harbor National Trust Museum offers free entry for children under 12 when accompanied by an adult.
Open every day during the holidays 11am to 3pm, it is located opposite the entrance to the Causeway to Granite Island.
The Victor Harbor library will provide the opportunity to meet a firefighter, as well as several Nature Festival events, including designing a dream catcher and creating nature windows.

YANKALILLA
Street Basketball with Orlando on Tuesday 3 October 9.30am to 10.30am ages 7-13; 11am to 12 noon for ages 12+. at the Yankalilla Lions Youth Park.
Dungeons & Dragons - An introductory one-shot campaign. Free at the Yankalilla Cultural Centre & Library, Thursday 5 October at 10am & 1.30pm.
