In Masters’ third batting dig they faced a new pitcher/catcher combo of Jordarna Wilks to Taminka Wilks who were playing in their first ‘A’ grade game and produced a K2, an out was made at second and the final out was a great field and throw by Taylor at third to Norris now at first which held them to two runs. Strath added two runs in their turn at bat with Eglitis and Rebekah Mayes getting home and also both having safe hits to the outfield before another catch to Noble, an out at third and an out at first ended the innings.

The fourth dig for Masters had multiple safe hits and brought in six runs before Strath could send them from the diamond with two outs at first and another K2 to the Wilks twins. Strath’s batting dig had a two base hit to Cutting who also made it home and a safe hit to Zakelj before Masters shut them down with two outs at first and a catch taken at shortstop by Gab Martin to end the innings and the game.
