A workshop offering support for dads will be held in Yankalilla on Monday 8 May.

Which dad are you? is an interactive workshop that explores strengths in fatherhood and some of the challenges that arise when things change.

It is run by Support for Fathers, a group that has put together resources for dads, their partners and support services working with dads and families.

The resources are suitable for those thinking of becoming a dad, on their way to being a dad, already a dad or just wanting to learn more about fatherhood.

Each dad is unique and how they parent within their families is different.

The workshop discusses raising kids to be happy and healthy and examines the importance of positive role models for bringing up the next generation to contribute to their communities.

It will be held in the Supper Room at Yankalilla Showgrounds from 5.30pm to 8pm.
