Police are investigating a suspicious fire at Christies Beach this morning.

Just after 2am Monday 26 January police and MFS were called to Galloway Road after reports someone had thrown a molotov cocktail at a home.

Police were quickly in attendance and extinguished the blaze which had ignited the garage door.

The occupants of the address managed to evacuate without any injuries.
