Eileen Anderson is an author with an interest in animal conservation, who will speak about her work next week at the Victor Harbor library.
Join her at the library on Wednesday 11 November from 6pm to 7pm, to hear of her conservation adventures and how her various publications have come to life.
Eileen has visited conservation sanctuaries in India, Thailand and Malaysia and was granted special permission last year, from the Malaysian Department of Wildlife and National Parks, to explore the way rescued animals are rehabilitated and released into their natural habitats.
The author of three stories inspired by her grandchildren, who lived as expatriates in Malaysia, Eileen's passion is to instil a love for beautiful, endangered wild creatures in order to improve their plight.
This is a free event but booking is essential. Register via Eventbrite.
