It may not feel warm enough yet, with the winter quilt still on the bed, but before tucking in tonight it’s time to turn the clocks forward and enter daylight saving.
The carpets may fade, the cows may complain and some states will stand still, but South Australia progresses by one hour.
Daylight saving time 2022 officially begins at 2am on Sunday 2 October.
It will end at 3am on Sunday 2 April 2023, when we turn the clocks back and regain that lost hour of sleep.
